The Pasqua Passimento Bianco begins with a careful selection of grapes that are picked early and dried briefly in special drying rooms. This process enhances the aromas and sugar concentration. After pressing, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 12 hours, which gives them a complex structure and rich flavor.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, after which part of the wine is aged in French oak barrels. This gives the wine a subtle, buttery texture. Finally, the wine is assembled and bottled to maintain its unique balance and elegance.
