Serving ideas:

• Aequatis Gin Tonic:

  • 5 cl Aequatis Gin
  • 15 cl light tonic or floral tonic (for example Mediterranean tonic)
  • Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a sprig of lemon thyme and optionally 1-2 crushed peppercorns.
  • Fill a glass generously with ice cubes, add the gin and tonic. Stir gently and garnish with the ingredients.
