J. Bally is one of the first distilleries in Martinique to produce old Agricole Rhum and to receive the prestigious AOC status. Founded by Jacques Bally, the brand combines traditional production processes, inspired by the methods of cognac, with a unique maturation in oak barrels.
The slow maturation of at least 7 years gives this rum its beautiful mahogany color and an incomparable aroma. The complex taste with notes of wood, spices and dried fruit makes this a refined choice for the true rum lover. The excellent quality of the old rums has made J. Bally famous worldwide.
