Saint James Très Vieux 12 Ans is the result of decades of rum-making expertise combined with the unique terroir of Martinique. Produced according to the strict standards of the AOC Martinique, this rum begins with the fermentation of pure sugar cane juice. This process produces a spirit with intense and authentic aromas, which are further refined during the long maturation process in oak barrels.

This 12 year old rum stands out for its crystal clear copper-mahogany colour and complex layers of flavour. The subtle fruity and spicy notes make it perfect for enjoying a neat glass, but also ideal for sophisticated rum cocktails.
