The Dalmore Vintage 2009 is a masterpiece of maturation, developed in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and further refined in Matusalem Sherry casks and Graham's 10 Year Old Tawny Port pipes. This combination creates a perfect balance of sweetness, spice and fruity depth.

With a natural colour and an unchilled filtering, this single malt retains all its authentic character. The aromas of Manuka honey, dark plums and subtle spices invite, while the palate is dominated by notes of cherries, dates and candied orange. The long, elegant finish leaves impressions of ginger cake, chestnut and wood spices.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Manuka honey, dark plums, cracked black pepper and a hint of cloves.
- On the palate: Morello cherries, dates, candied Seville orange, fresh figs and light cocoa.
- Finish: Rich plums, ginger cake, roasted chestnuts and soft wood spices.
