Stuyvenberger Blanc de Noirs is a sparkling wine that is made entirely locally in Gooik, from picking the Pinot Noir grapes to maturing and finishing in the cellar. Everything happens on the winery itself, without chemicals and with respect for nature. The Pinot Noir grapes grow on a unique soil of loam, clay and sand, at an altitude of 65 meters. That makes this wine extra special.

After 36 months of maturation in the bottle ("sur lattes"), a wine with refined bubbles, a fresh taste and an elegant aftertaste is created. And what makes this even more fun? It is a real Gooik creation - straight from the neighborhood!

This sparkling wine has been awarded a silver medal at the VVS 2024.
