Situated on Islay’s beautiful Rockside Farm, Kilchoman Distillery combines tradition and craft to create exceptional whiskies. As Islay’s only Single Farm Single Malt, Kilchoman embodies the essence of this famous whisky island. The Sanaig Cask Strength is a special release, matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled unfiltered at a natural strength of 57.8% alc./vol.

This robust whisky opens with a nose of toffee sweetness, red berries and smoky oak. The palate offers a powerful mix of spiced dark chocolate, raisins, liquorice and warming peat smoke. The finish is long and silky, with lingering sweetness, spicy notes and perfectly integrated smoke.

- On the nose: Seductively sweet aromas of toffee and dark fruits, with hints of red berries and subtle smoky oak.
