Clochette, also known as Campanelle or Gigli, is a cone-shaped pasta with a scalloped crown that resembles a blooming flower. The shape is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional: the cone shape perfectly captures thick sauces, making every bite bursting with flavor.
This pasta is handcrafted by extrusion through a copper die, which gives it a slight roughness that absorbs sauces well. The use of 15% Belgian eggs gives the dough a full, nutritious flavour and a firm texture. Thanks to a drying process of no less than 19 hours, the pasta retains its shape during cooking and does not break when handled. Ideal for a refined meal, au gratin or with a creamy sauce.

- Perfect for: Creamy sauces such as alfredo or mushroom sauce, or gratinated in the oven with cheese and vegetables.
