Belpasta Spaghetti Half-Whole Wheat combines tradition with modern craftsmanship. Extra lamination gives the spaghetti a subtle square shape and a thickness of 1.8 mm, which ensures a firm bite. The production involves both advanced machinery and careful manual work, with the pasta being hung on bars to prevent breakage during cooking. With a drying process of no less than 36 hours, the quality and structure are guaranteed. The half-whole wheat composition offers extra nutritional value and a full, natural flavour.
