The sauce is prepared in the grandmother's way: by naturally boiling down tomatoes at their peak of flavour, coarsely filtering them and lightly pasteurising them. This preserves the full flavour and velvety texture of the tomatoes. Even tomatoes with an imperfect appearance are processed, which prevents food waste and results in a product that is both tasty and sustainable.

Toma'Amoris is more concentrated than traditional tomato sauces, making it less runny and perfectly smooth. This lightly spiced sauce pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from classic pastas and soups to culinary creations by a master chef.
