The Pure Flavor Andrés Guaca - Colombia Filter Coffee is a true masterpiece of the Pink Bourbon variety, a rare and aromatic coffee from the Finca Guacanas in Huila. This coffee has a funky, sweet and boozy taste with notes of red berries, rum baba cake and a hint of cocoa liquor. The light roast and the anaerobic natural process provide a lively green apple acidity and a silky body.

Andrés Guaca is a third generation coffee producer based in the Acevedo region of Huila. He has been focused on specialty coffee for five years, experimenting with controlled fermentation methods to develop complex flavors. In addition to the Pink Bourbon cultivar, he also grows other exotic varieties such as Caturra, Pacamara, and Geisha. This microlot is composed entirely of 100% Pink Bourbon, a unique hybrid originally from Ethiopia known for its complex aromatic profile.
