New Grove 8Y Vercors Rum, a traditional Mauritian rum, has been matured for 7 years in carefully selected Limousin oak casks and then given an additional year of maturation in unpeated ex-single malt whisky casks from the Distillerie du Vercors in France.

The result is a rum with a deep, intense copper colour and an inviting aroma. On the nose and palate you will taste lively notes of peach, pineapple and passion fruit, enriched with hints of fresh fruits and a soft touch of dark chocolate. This unique combination creates a captivating play between tropical sweetness and continental depth.
