Together with the Malabar and Sarawak peppers, the Lampong pepper is considered one of the best pepper varieties in the world by the world's greatest chefs. It is also one of the strongest pepper varieties. A strong aroma is characteristic of this species. It combines the strength of black pepper and the freshness of green pepper.

Tip: only add your pepper to your dish at the end, after cooking.
