Ras el Hanout - Le Comptoir Africain

Ras el Hanout is a Moroccan mixture of herbs and spices especially for Tajines and couscous. This Ras el Hanout is easy to use with North African couscous or tagine with rice, chicken, lamb, vegetables, ... It gives a wonderful smell and taste. Also delicious as a rub for lamb chops on the grill or as a marinade for game.

Ingredients: cumin, caraway, nutmeg, anise, ginger, coriander, fennel, cloves, chili, turmeric , basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano savory, salt.
