Food pairing:
Use this Spanish spice mix with a little olive oil to simply dipping during your aperitif. You can also mix it with some mayonnaise, sour cream or Philadelphia cheese for a dip with some extra spice.
This pepper mixture also goes fantastic with pasta, in an omelette, in meat loaf, on toast, on avocado,...
I also use the pepper mixture on a pork tenderloin with some cheese and ham. , to make it an Orloff Royal.
