Sugo alla Napoletana - Rustichella d';Abruzzo

This delicious pasta sauce with anchovies, hence 'Alla napoletana', is made according to an authentic Neapolitan recipe. The sauce is chock full of delicious sun-ripened tomatoes and of course anchovies. This creates a slightly salty taste.
