Rustichella d'Abruzzo Spaghetti is traditionally produced with high-quality wheat semolina and pure spring water from the Abruzzo mountains. The slow drying at 35°C allows the pasta to retain its full flavour and firm structure.
The use of bronze molds gives the pasta a rough texture, which allows sauces to stick better and the flavors to come out optimally. This makes this spaghetti ideal for both simple and rich sauces.

Spaghetti alla Carbonara – Toss the pasta with bacon, egg, Parmesan cheese and black pepper for a creamy, authentic taste.
Spaghetti with Garlic and Olive Oil (Aglio e Olio) – Fry garlic and chili in olive oil, mix with the pasta and garnish with parsley.
Seafood Spaghetti – Combine with shrimp, mussels and tomatoes in a light white wine sauce.
