Pasta with tapenade
Cook spaghetti or linguine until al dente. Stir the black olive tapenade into the warm pasta and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Finish with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of chili for extra spice. -
Provencal meatballs
Mix a tablespoon of tapenade through your mince, add Provencal herbs and roll balls. Fry them in olive oil and serve with a tomato sauce and rice. -
Salad Niçoise with a twist
