The Caramelle 5 Sapori from L'Arco dei Sapori is produced with care and passion by brothers Massimo and Gianpiero Curti, who remain faithful to age-old Italian pasta techniques. This beautiful, candy-shaped pasta is made from the finest wheat semolina and enriched with natural ingredients such as spinach , tomato and turmeric, which creates a playful play of colours and a unique taste experience.
Thanks to the production with bronze and Teflon coated molds, the pasta has a slightly rough texture, which allows sauces to adhere better and the flavors to come into their own. With the Caramelle 5 Sapori you not only get a pasta type that looks great, but also one that offers a deliciously authentic Italian taste!

Caramelle 5 Sapori with creamy Parmesan sauce
Cook the pasta al dente and mix with a sauce of cream, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of nutmeg. Finish with pine nuts and fresh basil. -
