These beautiful ceramic bottles are handmade by artisans in Puglia, Italy. Each bottle is unique and hand-painted. The contents of this beautiful ceramic bottle are top quality olive oil! The olives used for this olive oil are the Ogliarola (60%) and the Coratina (40%) olives. These olives are picked by hand in November. In terms of taste, we have a medium-fruity olive oil that tastes a bit like artichoke. An almond flavor forms in the aftertaste. You can use this olive oil both cold and warm. This olive oil works wonderfully with pasta, salads, vegetables (cooked and raw), fish and is ideal for a delicious bruschetta.
