Nose : Predominance of red fruits. Soft roasted aromas with certain balsamic notes.

Mouth : Fresh, supple and intense. It stands out because of the silky softness that the Syrah gives and the structure of the Tempranillo.

To properly appreciate its full potential, a consumption temperature of more than 13 º is recommended. Taking into account the semi-aging of the wine, its youthfulness, its fleshiness and especially its fruity character, it generally harmonizes with blue cheese or oily fish with a pronounced taste and a consistency that preserves the structure and body of a young wine can support.
