Goose liver with truffle - Handsaeme

Artisanal foie gras from Handsaeme, from the village of Handzame (West Flanders) with the same name. This is a goose foie gras and is artisanally prepared 'en bloc' (whole) with delicious pieces of truffle (15%!). Delicious on toast or some gingerbread with some confit.

The geese from which this foie gras is made live on the Handsaeme farm. The animals can walk freely outside and receive a varied diet. The geese are fed normally and are therefore not force-fed!!
