Extra Virgin Olive Oil - La Chinata

The extra virgin olive oil from La Chinata is a pure olive oil made from the delicious Manzanilla olives. These olives are harvested in the Spanish Sierra de Gata. The olive oil is mainly yellow in color with some green and has a soft and slightly fruity taste. The olive oil is not bitter and has a very light pepper in the throat. Due to its mild taste, this olive oil works excellently in salads, tomato mozzarella, but also on some carpaccio or tartare of beef or fish. Also delicious simply on some bread with some salt or mixed with bruschetta herbs. Due to its small size, this 100 ml metal canister looks great on the table.
