White truffle oil - Tartuf Langhe

This oil contains thin slices of white truffle and is used to flavor both cold and hot dishes with white truffle. This truffle oil works wonders on salads, pasta, risotto, carpaccio, meat, cheese and eggs. The olive oil that forms the basis comes from an old oil mill in Trasimeno (Umbria). Here the olives are still picked by hand and cold pressed. The oil is greenish with golden hues. The taste of fresh vegetables, almonds, fresh flowers and fresh fruit. These properties ensure that this oil mixes perfectly with white and black truffle.
