Mini Heeren from Liedekercke Gin

The Heeren van Liedkercke are known for their beer creations! And this gin was of course also made from beer, namely their Heerenbier and Sodalitasbier, 2 characterful beers. The distillate was enriched with herbs such as pepper, rosemary, ginger, thyme, coriander, lemon balm and cardamom. The result is a fresh gin with a warm, spicy taste.
As a tonic, it is best to take a neutral tonic such as the Fever Tree Indian Tonic. For the garnish, take 3 juniper berries, 3 timut pepper berries and some grapefruit zest.
