Crema Mediterranea - Terre di Liguria

This Italian tapenade was prepared in an artisanal way with sun-dried tomatoes, peppers and anchovies from the Mediterranean. The anchovies provide a tasty and salty touch to this tapenade. The tapenade tastes delicious as a dip with a piece of grissini or simply on a piece of crusty baguette.
