Naga Rum

Naga Rum is produced in the north of the island of Java according to an ancient process of Asian distillation: the slow fermentation of the molasses is stimulated by the addition of malted Javanese red yeast. The rum is aged in old jatti barrels, a local exotic wood, and then in bourbon barrels.

This rum has subtle aromas of dried fruit, coffee and spicy notes.
