Kilchoman Machir Bay

Machir Bay, named after Islay's most spectacular beach, is the flagship of the Kilchoman range. Machir Bay is a unique and complex combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry barrels. There is mainly an ex-bourbon influence on this version which is indicated in the barrel influence chart on the front of the box.

Machir Bay has a lovely balance of vanilla, smoky butterscotch and rich fruitiness, each adding to the complexity and combining to create a truly unique Islay dram.

Awarded the best Islay Single Malt at the IWC (International Whiskey Competition).
