Graham's Fine Ruby Port has a full body with youthful freshness and attractive, luscious fruit. It is deeply colored and intensely aromatic. The Fine Ruby is bottled young, after approximately two years of maturation in oak barrels. This maintains the assertiveness of the fruit: a recognizable characteristic of Graham's style. This is a rich, generous Port bursting with flavors of blackberry and red currant.
Ruby is an everyday Port, ready to enjoy at any time, it should be served slightly cool, between 12 and 16° Celsius .
TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color, bursting with aromas of ripe red and black fruit, lush flavors of black cherries on the palate, with excellent balance and an intense aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING AND SERVING SUGGESTION
Graham's Fine Ruby pairs wonderfully with cheese and rich chocolate desserts. It does not need to be decanted.
