Green Sencha Tea - Pure Flavor

With Sencha tea, the tea leaves are immediately dried. This tea is therefore rich in antioxidants, because no fermentation takes place and the tea retains its green color. This tea is processed using the steam method. The "forming" process that precedes drying gives the tea its characteristic leaf shape. The leaves of Sencha tea are light green and flattened. When the tea is steeped, it is (light) yellow in color. The taste is aromatic and fresh.

Let it steep for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 70°C.
