Graham's Porto's head winemaker, Charles Symington, selected two premium Portuguese white grape varieties - the fresh Malvasia Fina and the aromatic Moscatel Gallego - to produce this new blend.

The grapes are hand-picked and cold fermented in small batches. Graham's Blend No.5 is bottled 3 months after harvest to maintain maximum freshness and should be drunk young. The wine is medium dry, deliberately designed to mix well with tonic, while also being an excellent 'stand alone' drink.
