Dalvve High Coast is made from The High Coast Spirit, crafted and matured on the riverbanks of Angermanalven, in the very north of Scandinavia. Created by passion, perfected by nature during long bright summers and dark, cold winters.

The name "Dàlvve" means winter in southern Sami. This whiskey matured in harsh winters and long warm summers. Dàlvve The Signature Malt has been continuously produced in batches since its premiere, maintaining the same recipe, albeit with possible minor variations depending on the barrels. The base consists of just over 5 year old bourbon barrel-matured whiskey from 200 liter barrels, of which approximately a quarter contains peated malt whisky.

Features:
- In the nose: delicate and reminiscent of breakfast cereals with dried pineapple pieces. There is a noticeable presence of Granny Smith apples, which enliven the nose. Subtle notes of white chocolate and a hint of peated malt are present, but they remain in the background, making it feel clean and bright.

- In the mouth: fresh and lively character with flavors of pears, apples, citrus fruits and a soft smokiness that is subtly present. The malt clearly shines through, with hints of barley sugar. The addition of licorice and white pepper provides a spicy base, although it is overall a light malt.

- Finish: medium length and offers a mild spiciness, along with more white fruit. It has a pleasant sweetness and a slightly drying character.
