This 100% yellow Catuai lot has the flavor you would expect from a Brazil Natural, and its exceptional quality comes from Domicianco's strict attention to detail. Serra Velha coffee can pamper you with sweet head notes of candied orange and milk chocolate with a creamy mouthfeel.
Ngororero Washed - Rwanda
The region where Ngororero is located has great potential for refined and fruit-tasting cupping profiles. It is right next to the Matyazo washing station. We find some of Matyazo's characteristic floral flavor notes in the Ngororero coffees. Coffee from this station can pamper you with top notes of honey, tropical fruit and cherries with a refined 'tea-like' feeling.
