Il botolo Barbera d'Asti is a dry and full wine. The wine was aged in large and small French wooden barrels for at least 6 months. This results in enhanced notes of marasca cherries, wild berries and mint leaves. Made from 100% Barbera grapes.

This red wine goes perfectly with meat dishes or stews. Also very tasty with a cheese dish or breughel meal.
