Il Botolo Nizza was matured for at least 12 months in French oak barriques. This enhances the aromas and body, giving this red wine a natural softness and harmony.

The nose is rich and complex, fruity and shows aromas and flavors of spices, ripe black plums, fruit syrup, tobacco and elderberries. The palate is firm and full but balanced, and the finish is persistent and seductive.

Delicious in combination with red meat, stews, game. But also very tasty with a cheese dish.
