After maturing for 10 years, the whiskey has acquired layers of vanilla and caramelized sugar from the bourbon barrels that combine beautifully with the sweet citrus fruits and peat smoke that we are used to from Kilchoman.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: lemon, cookie dough, honey and fresh vanilla.
- On the palate: light peat smoke, fresh herbs and tropical fruit with waves of citrus sweetness.
- Aftertaste : long-lasting with layers of malt, citrus, fresh pastry and rounded smoke.
