The Kilchoman Port Cask Matured 2024 Edition is a limited edition single malt whisky that has been fully matured in carefully selected ruby port casks. These casks, of which the youngest whisky is 6 years old, add rich, fruity layers to the signature smoky Islay flavours. The result is a beautiful balance of red berries, figs, citrus and a hint of cinnamon, combined with smoky notes of paprika and tobacco.

Kilchoman Distillery, located at Rockside Farm on the west coast of Islay, is famous for its 100% Islay production process. Every step from growing the barley to bottling is carried out on the island, making Kilchoman the only Islay Farm Distillery. Since 2005, Kilchoman has been distilling using traditional methods, using locally sourced peat for its smoky flavour and hand-distilling the whisky.

Flavor profile:
- On the nose: an inviting aroma of red berries and figs, mixed with fresh citrus, cinnamon and a hint of smoked paprika.
- On the palate: cooked strawberries, smoked meat and sweet tobacco, with a pleasant layer of charcoal smoke.
- Finish: Warming, with waves of fruity sweetness and a light ashy smoke flavour, typical of the Kilchoman style.
