Lemongrass and cassis give this tea a fresh and fruity taste with a slightly champagne-like character. A soft tea that does not bitter quickly.

This Kirr Royal tea also lends itself well as ice tea. You can either heat it and then let it cool, or you can suddenly infuse it in cold water. This way you avoid any bitters at all. Combine with sparkling water and a little elderflower syrup for an alcohol-free aperitif.

Brewing advice: Allow to infuse for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 80 °C.
