An Oude Kriek of traditional unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambics, from spontaneous fermentation, matured in oak barrels. The lambic is macerated with fresh cherries for 6 months. The Lambiek Fabriek lambic brewery was founded in 2016 and brews all its lambic itself in a 100% traditional way. The word 'Factory' refers to the street name where it all started, namely the first warehouse located along the Fabriekstraat in the Leeuwse district of Ruisbroek.
