This local honey from Lennik is more local than local. This honey is produced 500 meters from our door by very busy bees. As a result, they also pollinate many flowers from the fruit trees in the area.

This honey has a beautiful soft, but firm structure and is super smooth in the mouth and melts away wonderfully. This honey works well in desserts, on pancakes, in tea, on toast or a slice of toast. But we secretly put a spoonful of this honey in our mouth every now and then. Just because it's so tasty ;-)
