Maredsous Abbey is located in the heart of the Molignée valley, an area rich in water sources and surrounded by unspoilt nature.

This organic premium whiskey is made from a unique distillate of malt varieties with organic certification. After maturing in bourbon barrels, the whiskey is finished in oak barrels in which white wine (Chardonnay) was previously stored. This process results in a pleasant, woody softness and roundness, with a predominant taste of wine and herbs.
