Soft Mint 'Nanah' - Pure Flavor

The Moroccan 'Nanah' mint is a soft variant of the mint family. These mint leaves are delicious in a tabbouleh or harissa. Of course, they also provide a wonderfully fresh touch in many dessert preparations.

You can also use these mint leaves in a delicious mint tea. Use some green tea and add some of this dried Moroccan mint. You can also use this mint pure, without tea. For the tea or infusion, use water at 95 °C and let it steep for 5 to 6 minutes.
