Mossburn Signature Island is a collection of blended malts created to highlight regional Scotch whiskey profiles, finished in specially coated casks to enhance the striking flavours. For this edition, Mossburn has created a whiskey with single malts from the islands, and finished it in 200 liter barrels with first-fill bourbon barrels and heavily toasted European oak barrels.

Features:
- Nose: The smokiness of the coast develops throughout, with a hint of floral malt that sweetens the nose.
- Mouth: Nutmeg and cinnamon, mixed with caramelized sultanas and shortbread. Soft smoke lingers.
- Aftertaste: Long aftertaste of cake, marmalade and roasted rye.
