Artisan unfiltered and unpasteurized Belgian tripel, top-fermented blond beer, matured in whiskey barrels and refermented in the bottle.

This beer has been matured in whiskey barrels for 5 months. This gives you a soft hint of whiskey in the nose and mouth.

Characteristics:

Aroma: hint of whiskey and wet wood, hint of vanilla and a fruity perfume in the background.

Taste: slightly sweet start with fruity notes, followed by a bitter aftertaste with a spicy whiskey note.
