This high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Quinta do Ataíde is produced by the renowned Symington winery. The olives – from the Cobrançosa and Madural varieties – are harvested by hand and cold-pressed, in order to fully preserve the authentic character and delicate aromas.
The oil has a full, rich aroma of freshly picked olives, complemented by spicy notes and a hint of dried fruit. In the mouth you taste a nice balance between a hint of sweet, a subtle bitterness and a fine peppery spiciness. The long, elegant aftertaste makes it a gastronomic topper.
