Papillon gin

The Papillon Gin was developed by Kurt and Wouter, two best friends from the Flemish Ardennes. In the heart of the Flemish Ardennes they named their gin "Papillon". The name is derived from the location where the gin is brewed: the Vlinderhof. Papillon Gin is distinguished by the complete artisanal process on the one hand and the carefully selected botanicals that are each distilled separately on the other. This combination gives Papillon a soft, fruity and floral touch.

Combine this Papillon Gin with Fever-Tree with a fruity touch, such as Clementine. As a garnish, take some juniper berries, some cubebe peppercorns and some lemon or orange zest.
