The Pasqua Passimento Rosso is a wine that combines tradition and innovation. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and dried in wooden crates in a special drying room. Here they lose about 30% of their water content, which gives an unprecedented concentration of sugars and aromas.
Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, so that its unique characteristics are preserved. Only after this process does the harmonious blend emerge. The wine is then aged for 3 months in oak tonneau barrels, which ensures a velvety texture and complex flavour.
Tasting notes:
- On the nose: a powerful bouquet of black and red cherries, enriched with subtle notes of leather and spices.
- In the mouth: a layered structure with firm tannins.
- Finish: long and impressive.
Perfect with rich dishes such as stews, red meat or mature cheeses.
