The Pink Himalayan salt, of perfect purity, was formed more than 250 million years ago during the disappearance of the original ocean. It is harvested by hand on the Tibetan plateaus. Extracted from the foothills of the Himalayas, naturally rich in minerals and trace elements. The pink color comes from the minerals that the salt has absorbed.

These pink salt crystals are mixed with southern herbs and spices. Ideal on a piece of (grilled) meat, in southern sauces, in marinades or simply on a salad.
