Two New Zealand men met when one married his sister to the other. Then they went from bar to lounge to bar for a year, fantasizing about making their own gin. In 2014, together with a part-time musician, they invested their savings in creating their own gin. This is how the story of this gin that won gold in San Francisco began.
The gin is made from 12 high-quality botanicals. The water comes from the Southern Alps of New Zealand. An old copper whiskey still is used to make the gin. The bottle is based on an old gin bottle and has been given a modern look.
Botanicals:
Italian juniper, orange and lemon zest, cardamom, coriander seed, nutmeg, angelica, licorice, cinnamon, orris root and cinnamon sticks. All carefully selected and from different countries.
