Ron Relicario is defined as a light rum, characteristic of Dominican rums. Ron Relicario is the result of optimal fermentation and distillation of the must, as well as the aging of the alcoholic phases in American oak barrels. Ron Relicario is the result of a combination of base 5- and 10-year static aged rums.

Color:

Transparent liquid, with a dark amber color , transmits light with noticeable bright flashes, free from floating particles.

Aroma:

Aroma of rum aged in oak barrels, correct balance between the components , slightly sweet, reminiscent of the smell of dried plums with dried ripe grapes.

Taste:

Obviously aged, well developed, slightly perceptible sweetness, combined with a taste of freshly chopped wood with notes of vanilla and dry sweet almonds.

Mouthfeel:

A sensation of a fairly thick liquid in the mouth . It fills the palate, leaving a slight tingling sensation balanced with a slightly sour note without being irritating, a feeling of soft warmth in the throat, typical of its alcohol content.
